Terms of Use

These terms apply to Hauvo Games websites, games and applications published by Hau Vo unless a specific product provides additional terms.

Using the games

You may use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with the rules of the platform where you obtained them. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security measures, manipulate competitive results or use the games in a way that violates applicable law.

Fair play

Where a game includes scores, achievements or leaderboards, you agree not to use cheats, automation, modified clients or other methods intended to create unfair results. Scores that are clearly fraudulent or abusive may be removed when the platform provides that capability.

Intellectual property

The games, website, names, original artwork, code and other original content are owned by Hau Vo or used with permission. Platform names, trademarks and third-party services belong to their respective owners.

Availability and changes

Games may be updated, changed, suspended or discontinued. Features can differ by device, platform, region or game version. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Third-party services

Games may rely on app stores, advertising providers, platform leaderboards or other third-party services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms.

To the extent permitted by law, the games and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
