Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Hauvo Games websites, games and applications published by Hau Vo unless a specific game provides a separate privacy notice.

Our own services

Hauvo Games is designed without a custom player account or custom game backend by default. We do not ask players to create an account with us to play our games unless a specific game clearly says otherwise.

Advertising

Some released games may use third-party advertising services. Those services may process information such as device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, advertising interactions, diagnostics and consent choices as permitted by the platform and applicable law. The exact behavior depends on the game, platform, region and advertising provider.

Platform services and leaderboards

Games may use services provided by Apple, Google or other distribution platforms, including leaderboards, achievements, crash reporting or store features. Information handled by those services is governed by the relevant platform provider's terms and privacy policy.

Website hosting

This website is delivered through Cloudflare. Standard network and security data, such as IP address, request metadata and security signals, may be processed to deliver and protect the site.

Children

Unless a store listing specifically identifies a game as intended for children, our games are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to us through a custom account system.

Data retention

We do not operate a central player-profile database for the games covered by this policy by default. Third-party services may retain data according to their own policies and legal obligations.

Your choices

Your device, operating system, app store and consent interface may provide controls for advertising personalization, tracking permissions and other privacy choices.
